Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Lead and manage a team of RTR professionals across APAC. Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including: Intercompany Accounting Transfer Pricing Accounting for Leases Fixed Assets Accounting Ensure timely month-end and quarter-end close activities. Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across APAC and global GPOs. Drive process improvements, standardization, and compliance in accounting operations. Coach and mentor local and international team members to enhance performance and skill development.

Must-Have Qualifications



6+ years of RTR experience, with team handling experience. Experience in

Shared Services (SSC) or BPO

environments. Finance graduate with certifications:

CPA, ACCA, CIMA, MIA

. Strong accounting operations exposure (Intercompany, Transfer Pricing, Leases, Fixed Assets). Proficient in

SAP

and

Blackline or other reconciliation tools

. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work under tight month-end close timelines. English fluency required.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
