He/She will be responsible in assisting promoting testing service and marketing.Project developmentRubber technologist will be involved in the design of various rubber testing methods. This planning will be carried out together with chemists, as well as with customers such as companies from the chemical and automotive industries.To assist the Laboratory Manager and Technical Manager on day to day activities. To be able to maintain the well beings of the equipment. To validate the calibrations are up-to-date on the equipment.Quality control and ISO documentationsThe rubber technologist will be in charge of developing and maintaining ISO documentations and recordings of test results. To ensure the validity of the test methods.SalesRubber technologist should be able to provide technical advice to customers. They should be familiar with various rubber products industries where they will be involved in work study, research, technical writing, analysis and market research. They should also be able to explore new testing field for rubber products.PersonalityMust be able to solve problem logically, open to new ideas, and ethically sound. The candidate should be outgoing and sociable.Qualifications

• At least Honours Degree Graduate in Rubber Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Material Engineering
• Good proficiency in English language both written and oral
• Knowledge of rubber testing, products made and methods used
• Good problem-solving skills
• Experience working in teams
• Other skills required
