Dispatch all cars from branch/yard to another branch/yard
Arrange cars at branch/yard
Carry out bank settlement duties daily
Attend Puspakom, JPJ and government bodies task if required
Check car in and car out record to ensure all listed vehicles same as physical vehicles
Identify company vehicles that required parking charges and ensure parking coupon placement to avoid parking summons
Prepare and keeping documentation for related activities
Protect company assets and ensure their efficient use
Discretion with personal and confidential information
Maintaining a good attendance record.
Qualifications and Requirements
SPM Qualification: Score a Grade B in both English and Bahasa Melayu
Must poses a valid Drivng License: B2 and D
Minimum of 1-year experience in Business Support or field like the job scope
Preffered Skills
Documents checklist handling
Communication skills
Able to work with minimum supervision
Must be a male candidate
