JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To assist the Project Manager on all site matters i.e. planning, coordination or any site works
- To coordinate with all the consultants and contractors to coordinate drawings in compliance with contract requirements
- To oversee, supervise, co-ordinate and monitor the daily site operations, architectural and ID construction works at project site
- To monitor construction progress and update immediate superiors regularly on all site issues, problems and contractor’s performance as well as workmanship and material deviation
- To carry out quality inspection and ensure all construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications comply in every aspect with the applicable requirements, regulations, QA/QC policies, performance and quality standards i.e. CONQUAS and QLASSIC standards
- To attend and participate in coordination meetings to ensure implementation of project
- To maintain and ensure updated and proper project documentation
- To witness inspection, testing and commissioning activities by contractors/sub-contractors and consultants
- To collaborate with the consultants and all the relevant parties to procure the obtain of Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) for the Project
- To monitor and coordinate on all defect rectification works.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Degree in Engineering(Architecture)/Building or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Architectural Engineer/Supervisor or relevant role in construction or property development industry. Experience in high-rise building construction is added advantage
- Possess sound technical knowledge of architecture, construction, design and quality control management
Profound understanding on construction work activities and sequence of work
- Articulate and proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- IT/Computer literate and proficient in MS Office, Microsoft Project and CAD
- Able to work independently with high degree of integrity and accountability
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Pleasant disposition, resourceful, meticulous and able to multi-task to take on additional responsibilities to grow beyond core role
