JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To plan and manage digital marketing, including social media networks, website content, SEO/SEM, and advertising campaigns.
- To manage all social media accounts, the company website and other relevant accounts.
- To strategize digital marketing campaigns/ advertisements to raise awareness.
- To optimize and monitor marketing campaigns results, generate quality lead and improve key metrics based on insights (e.g. keywords, ranking target, social media impression, engagement rate, traffic& etc)
- To create engaging and creative contents, and optimize the use of relevant platforms to targeted audience.
- To propose and implement improvements in areas like SEO, social media, website design and development.
- To identify new trends and insights, and optimize performance based on the insights.
- Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals
- To analyse information, actively troubleshoot issues and timely construct effective solutions.

REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must:
- Have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business Study or equivalent
- At least 3 years working experience in Property Development digital marketing
- Good knowledge in Digital Marketing and active in social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Required skill(s) : Digital marketing mix, online media trends, Google & Facebook Ads Analytics.
- Competency in Microsoft application and Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
- Good communication skill and fluent in English and Mandarin language – verbal & written
- Video shooting and editing are a plus.
