Job Description

DescriptionPrimary Objective:- Identification of areas for RWA optimisation initiatives and managing the timeline and issues with respect to these initiatives- Provision of risk opinion, if needed, on structuring of transactions from risk capital and RWA perspective.- Formulation of a robust RWA reporting and analytics platform and tracking of RWA issues raised from the reporting and discussions.- Reporting and analysis of RWA to Risk Committees and BODs.- Involve in Credit-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:Support the supervisor in developing and managing a robust RWA reporting and analytics platform.- Conduct data investigation and track the progress on the issues raised through the RWA reporting.- Perform comprehensive analytics on the RWA movement.- Identify areas for RWA optimisation initiatives and quantify RWA impact for those RWA optimisation initiative identified.- Drive the RWA optimisation initiatives to its completion.- Develop and implement a proper tracking system for the RWA optimisation program including assisting the supervisor in providing progress update to key stakeholders.- Review new product papers to ensure the capital impact and the operational concerns are taken into account.- Perform peer-to-peer comparison to monitor the risk performance of the bank.- Provide advice and conduct testing in Credit-related projects to its completion.- Carry out the tasks as assigned by the supervisor with diligence and in a timely manner.- Ensure proper documentation of the governing policies and development of procedural manualsRequirementsRequirements:
