• Oversee the implementation and configuration of SaaS and COTS products to address organisational requirements.
• Tailor software solutions to align with business processes and technical specifications.
• Facilitate seamless integration of new systems with existing infrastructure, data sources, and third-party applications.
• Create custom scripts or configurations as necessary to enhance performance and user experience.
• Ensure reliable and effective integrations between SaaS/COTS solutions and other enterprise systems.

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in this role.
• Proficiency in configuring and customising SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, MS Power Platform, or similar tools.
• Experience working with COTS solutions across various industries (e.g., ERP, CRM).
• Strong knowledge of system integration, APIs, and middleware technologies.
• Familiarity with software development languages such as Python, JavaScript, and SQL for customisation purposes.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• All nationalities welcome, but must be in Malaysia with 2 years of local experience.
