The Safety and Health Officer is to perform duties of SHO including statutory laws and regulations in relation to all activities in the project.
Coordinate and implement Safety & Health (S&H) programs across all project sites.
Report the S&H issue to the top management.
To monitor and supervise the activities of safety and health program and to provide supervision to all workers.
Monitor and report S&H performance; develop S&H management plans, safety calendars, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform any assign documentation works necessary for the project
To maintain records concerning Safety and Health matters of the Project.
To conduct investigations on accidents, incidents and near misses.
Support incident investigations and documentation.
To conduct inspections and audits as required by the Safety and Health program.
Liaise with relevant authorities (e.g. JKKP, CIDB, BOMBA, KKM) and ensure timely resolution of site-related issues.
Plan safety into all daily work activities.
To conduct daily site patrol and weekly site inspection to ensure the health and safety measures are taken.
Conduct S&H training, toolbox meetings, and facilitate monthly safety meetings.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements :
A certified competent Occupational Safety & Health Officer from NIOSH or related approved institution.
At least have 5 years working experiences
Must possess valid DOS-SHO competency (Green Book).
Good attitude, positive minded, self starter, independent and good team worker

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
