: QMS / ESH Executive

Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain

5S

practices in the workplace. Prepare and submit

monthly reports and KPI

. Support activities that contribute to the achievement of the company's

Quality, Safety, and Environmental compliance objectives

and alignment strategies. Maintain all required

Quality Management System Certifications

, such as

ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 22000

. Ensure all procedures and processes comply with

International Standards (ISO)

,

QC rules

, and

Customer Certification Requirements

. Lead, plan, coordinate, and manage

QMS, FSMS, and ESH internal audits

until all findings are properly closed. Lead and support

external compliance audits

, including

customer

and

certification body (CB)

audits. Promote

Quality, Environmental, and Safety awareness

across all departments to drive continuous improvement. Organize and conduct

QMS, FSMS, and ESH Management Review Meetings

, and prepare corresponding management review reports. Manage

document control protocols

related to Quality, Safety, and Environment -- including document registration and distribution. Maintain and oversee the company's existing

Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems

(QMS, EMS, OHSAS). Drive the pursuit of

new certifications or standards

related to quality, safety, and environment -- from assessment to certification stages. Liaise with

legal authorities

and government bodies such as

DOSH, DOE, BOMBA

, and other related agencies. Participate in and support

internal and external audits

related to quality, safety, and environment. Develop, implement, and review

system procedures

, including the

QMS, FSMS, and ESH documentation cycle

. Conduct

environmental audits

and

safety walk inspections

. Conduct

ESH training sessions

for all employees. Perform

regular risk assessments

,

HIRADC

, and

aspect-impact evaluations

. Ensure compliance with all relevant

regulatory requirements

,

customer requirements

, and

management systems

, such as

OSHA, EQA, ATOMIC, ISO standards, and RBA

.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Do you currently hold a DOSH-registered Safety and Health Officer (Green Book) certificate? Which ISO management systems are you familiar with or have experience implementing? Have you ever liaised with government authorities such as DOSH, DOE, or BOMBA during inspections or audits? Are you able to work overtime or support audits on weekends if necessary? Have you had hands-on experience implementing 5S or continuous improvement (Kaizen) programs?
