Job Description

1. Ensure compliance with all statutory safety and health regulations.

2. Conduct regular workplace inspections and audits.

3. Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.

4. Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.

5. Organize safety training and awareness programs.

6. Maintain records and documentation for DOSH reporting.

7. Liaise with government authorities on safety matters.

8. Lead emergency response and evacuation drills.

9. Spearhead the implementation of ISO 45001 certification.

10. Develop and lead company-wide Behavioural-Based Safety (BBS) program.

11. Mentor junior safety staff and conduct internal competency assessments.

12. Represent company in industry-level safety forums and initiatives.

Experience:

1. Minimum 0 - 3 years working experience in EHS-related roles

2. Experience in manufacturing/metal fabrication industries.

Skill:

Strong knowledge of OSHA 1994, EQA 1974, and other relevant regulations

Risk assessment and hazard identification

Incident investigation and reporting

Emergency response planning

Good communication and training skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and OSH Management Systems

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
