a) Prepare and update monthly reports on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) activities and patrols.
b) Conduct toolbox meetings and HSE inductions for new workers to ensure awareness of safety protocols and procedures.
c) Perform monthly inspections of site extinguishers, machinery, equipment, body harnesses, and first aid boxes to verify their operational readiness and compliance.
d) Prepare subcontractor (Subcon) and Nominated Sub Contractor (NSC) entrance passes to facilitate site access for authorized personnel.
e) Supervise workers in the preparation of the podium facility area and assist in creating inspection checklists to maintain safety standards.
f) Assist the Safety Health Officer (SHO) in preparing partial operation (OP) and handover requirements to ensure smooth transitions.
g) Conduct inspections of outstanding work areas to assess and improve housekeeping standards.
h) Undertake additional tasks as instructed by management to support safety initiatives and overall project objectives.
