Job Description

- Support on document preparation for safety & 6S related activities & on time submission for review by Safety Assistant.

- Regularly update on visual board, communication board, info sharing board & etc. for related safety & 6S activities.

- To support review and update safety manual to ensure the safety function is implemented & carried out effectively.

- Support to issue "Work Permit" and all required documents for vendor or contractor who required to work on site, or inside factory premises with safety briefing.

- To initiate "Accident" investigation report when reported & follow up within stipulated time.

- To help & support in the accident investigation, report all critical personal injury accidents & complaints of hazardous working conditions to superior.

- To do work place inspection at workplace and prepare relevant report daily, weekly & monthly basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
