Handle clerical tasks like filing safety reports, scheduling safety meetings and managing communication for the health and safety department.
Maintain and update record of safety training, workplace inspections and employee health information.
Help with processing and filing incident report and assist in gathering information for accident and injury investigations.
Keep record if inspection, training, accidents, injuries and equipment maintenance.
Prepare, update and maintain all safety related documents (JSA, PTW, HIRARC, SDS, Toolbox Meeting records).
Support HSE team in daily administrative tasks.
Job Requirement:-
Minimum Certificate/Diploma/ Degree in Occupational safety & Health or related field.
Minimum 1 years experiences in safety or construction industry.
Valid in CIDB Green Card.
