Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HSE, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years work experience in Malaysia oil & gas industry
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with SSHE data, KPIs, or performance tracking (preferred).
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
- Recognized certifications that demonstrate proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Act as the main point of contact for all SSHE data and performance-related inquiries.
- Collect, analyze, and maintain SSHE metrics, including leading and lagging indicators.
- Identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement based on data analysis.
- Create clear, easy-to-understand dashboards, reports, and visuals for internal use.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with teams to validate data and support performance reviews.
- Help streamline reporting processes and improve data management tools.
- Communicate and validate data requirements with relevant stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance.
