Kelayakan

• At least Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field.
• Must be a Registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with DOSH (Active Green Book holder).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction/ project site safety.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with good proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Tanggungjawab

• Enforce company safety policies, procedures, and Occupational Health & Safety regulations to achieve zero harm, including PPE compliance and hazard identification.
• Plan, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) training programs to ensure competency and safety awareness among all site employees.
• Coordinate with developer, consultants, authorities, and project teams to resolve HSE issues and ensure effective safety operations.
• Develop the Environmental Management System (EMS) and conduct Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC) for the new project.
• Conduct accident investigations, prepare and submit accident reports to DOSH, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain all HSE documentation and records in compliance with DOSH requirements.
