Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist in implementing and monitoring workplace safety & health policies and procedures. Support in conducting safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Help to record and report workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses. Assist in organizing safety training, drills, and awareness programs. Maintain proper documentation of safety records, permits, and reports. Provide administrative support to the Safety & Health department. Support the Safety & Health Officer in liaising with external consultants, authorities, and suppliers. Perform any other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Certificate/Diploma in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in manufacturing is an advantage. Good knowledge of basic safety & health practices. Strong communication and organizational skills. Team player with a proactive attitude.
