Langsat OSC Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive and dedicated

Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Executive

to support our continuous commitment to workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) Conduct regular site inspections and monitor daily HSE operations Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports & recommendations Plan and conduct HSE training, toolbox talks, emergency drills & safety briefings Coordinate HSE activities with contractors, tenants, and authorities (DOE, DOSH, Local Council) Manage scheduled waste, emergency equipment, and HSE documentation Monitor stop-card submissions and follow up on corrective actions Maintain and renew relevant company and tenant licenses (PMA/PMT, MBPG, PDA, CSA, etc.) Act as internal auditor and support continuous improvement initiatives Promote a strong HSE culture and ensure safe practices at all times Perform other HSE-related tasks as required

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Environmental Technology, Safety & Health, or related field Diploma holders with Cepswam competent person and relevant experience also considered Knowledge of HSE regulations and ISO systems preferred Strong communication & report-writing skills (Bahasa Malaysia & English) Computer literate (MS Office & related software) Able to work independently, proactive & detail-oriented

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
