Ensure EHSMS conformance to all governmental legal authority, ISO standards, RBA and customer requirements Report EHSMS performance & opportunity for improvement to Top Management. Ensure the integration of EHSMS during changes that can affect EHSMS performance To determine the training needs related to EHSMS operation and control To manage the environmental, safety and health procedures in the document control system Conduct and coaching on EHS Awareness Training for employees and contractors as per the EHS training needs. Conduct & coaching proactively on EHS risk assessment reviews and ensures appropriate corrective actions are taken to mitigate identified risks Collaborate with all stake holders and all department for implementation of EHS programs as required by ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 and RBA management systems. Close engagement and provide support to all departments for EHS matters Evaluate all operation processes to ensure integration of EHS elements. Analyzing EHS data and metrics to identify area for improvement. Perform EHS Audits, inspection and others related EHS programs Manages general & hazardous waste and promote recycling initiatives. Lead Accident investigation and reporting. Facilitate emergency preparedness and response and coordinate Emergency Response Team. Automate ESG data collection, transform, and integrate reporting processes and implementation on reduction of carbon emission target, improvement and cost saving. Perform other EHS duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS roles, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting Proficiency in EHS management system (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, RBA, ESG). Candidate must possesses at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent. Candidate must be a registered Safety & Health Officer with the Occupational Safety & Health Department (DOSH) with valid GREEN BOOK

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
