Location: MPT, Bintulu Port

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Health & Safety Officer to ensure the highest level of safety at our operations in MPT, Bintulu Port. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in preventing accidents and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments. Supervise lifting operations and ensure compliance with lifting safety procedures. Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare reports with preventive measures. Organize and conduct safety training and toolbox meetings. Maintain safety records and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a safety role, preferably in a port or construction environment. Possession of relevant safety certifications is highly desirable (Green Book) Strong knowledge of safety regulations and practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: RM 2,500 - RM 3,500 (Gross) EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions. Annual leave and public holidays. Opportunities for professional development.
