We are seeking an experienced and committed Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with a valid Green Book (JKKP/DOSH) to join our team for Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) substation projects. This is a full-time, site-based role where you will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing workplace safety standards, ensuring strict compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and coordinate all safety-related aspects of TNB substation projects.
Organize and supervise site safety matters for contractors and subcontractors.
Maintain all safety documentation, checklists, and statutory compliance at site.
Supervise project works to ensure full compliance with safety and health standards.
Conduct internal safety training and daily Toolbox Meetings (TBM).
Report directly to the Project Manager and Head of Safety Department.
Visit and monitor multiple project sites as required.
