Job Description

Meet the general duty responsibility to provide a workplace free from hazards that are causing/likely to cause death/serious physical harm to clients, employees, workers, general public, stakeholders and interested parties as required by legal and other requirements. Prepare, review, update and control distribution of Project Safety and Health Plan for project site and as per client's requirements. Participate in the weekly toolbox, monthly safety and health committee meeting at the project site as per contract. Responsible for initiation, coordination and supervision of safety and health programme. Enforce, monitor and control workers and subcontractors on safety and health practices at works site by carrying out daily inspection of job as well as inspection of equipment. Attend, investigate and reporting any safety and health emergency, accident, near miss accident, incident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning/diseases at the workplace. Conduct safety and health inspection and internal audit

Job Requirements

A recognized Diploma/Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health approved by NIOSH/its equivalent Minimum 10 years working experience in building / high-rise Certificate in SHASSIC Self-motivated, initiative, independent with good interpersonal skills Full Time/Fixed Term Contract Work Location : Langkawi, Kedah

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
