Requirements:

Scopes:

Oversee workplace repair, installations, and any other work that could harm employees\xe2\x80\x99 safety.
Monitor work processes and procedures to identify unsafe practices or breach of safety regulations
Plan and implement OSH policies and programs for ISO 9001, ISO 45001 , and ISO 14001
Develop and implement safety, procedures, and policies for Warehouse, Haulage and HQ office.
Advise and lead employees on various safety-related topics.
Work with HR to set up a new employee onboarding process for safety.
Conduct a risk assessment.
Enforce preventative measures.
Check if all the employees are acting in adherence to rules and regulations.
Prepare and present to company management periodic report of safety operations, accidents, violations and determine causes
Assists in investigating accidents or injuries that occur in the workplace.
Collaborate with law enforcement agents and investigators to address cases of workplace accident
Assists in the establishment of workplace safety and health committees and monitors their performance.
Assist in carrying out daily safety duty maintain throughout the entire factory premises and haulage.
Organize safety training to educate company staff on necessary safety principles
