Working hour :

1. Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

2. Alternate Saturdays: Half day, 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM

3. Overtime as required

About the Role

Robin Village Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Safety & Health Officer (SHO) to ensure compliance with all workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations at our production plant in Senai, Johor. The SHO will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining safety programs, ensuring a safe work environment, and promoting a culture of safety across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA 1994), Factories & Machinery Act (FMA 1967), and other relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines. Develop, implement, and monitor Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) policies and procedures for the plant. Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions. Lead and coordinate Emergency Response Team (ERT) drills, training, and preparedness activities. Investigate and report on all workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, recommending preventive measures. Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for employees and contractors. Liaise with DOSH, BOMBA, DOE, and other authorities on compliance matters, inspections, and reporting requirements. Maintain accurate safety documentation, records, and reports for internal and external use. Promote a proactive safety culture, encouraging staff participation in safety initiatives.

Requirements

Registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with a valid Green Book (DOSH certified). Minimum 5 years' experience in safety management within a manufacturing, production, or construction environment. Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and compliance practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
