Job Description


Vacancy Description This role will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring all site matters to ensure timely completion of the project. Tasks & Responsibilities 1. Responsible for the Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) matter relating to the implementation of work requirement of project sites. 2. Planning, co-ordinate and conduct SHE activities, training and program. 3. Verify and review contractor\'s Project Safety, Health & Environment Plan (SHE) and give recommendations. 4. Assist the project management team to assess and monitor the implementation of Project Safety, Health & Environmental Plan (SHE). 5. Ensure site safety compliance among all interested parties. 6. Perform site inspection and audit in ensuring all safety methods and regulations are being observed. 7. Lead investigation for any accidents. 8. Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the Management. 9. To attend all project\'s Safety and Health meetings. 10. To assist in the implementation of Integrated Management System (IMS) and integrated management of financial processes that affect the operations of other departments. 11. To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time. To be fully aware of and be in full compliance with all laws and regulations that affect your job functions or the industry you are involved in. 7. To exercise reasonable care and caution to ensure that the confidentiality of Company\'s documents and all material information in relation to the business is not compromised. 8. To produce timely and accurate reporting of your business and operations under your care to achieve the objectives set by your superior(s). 9. To formulate and execute clear strategies to run the business or operations under your care to achieve the objectives set by your superior(s). 10.To implement and ensure compliance on all policies and procedures which are relevant and required by Quality, Safety, Health and Environment (QSHE) management system. Work Standards Education Minimum Diploma or Degree in Safety Health and Environmental and poses a valid Green Book Experience At least 3 years experience in high rise construction.
