As part of our business expansion, we are seeking high-caliber individuals to join our growing team. We invite suitably qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the position of Safety & Health Supervisor to develop their career and grow together with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements related to safety and health. Prepare and implement the Safety and Health Plan for project sites. Assist the Project Manager in matters related to safety procedures and specifications during project execution. Enforce, monitor, and control safety and health practices among contractors and subcontractors through daily inspections of job sites and equipment. Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks to address and follow up on safety issues with site personnel. Liaise with relevant government authorities to resolve safety-related matters arising at the site. Conduct various site visits and monitoring as required.

Requirements:

Possess a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Safety and Health, Building Construction, or a related discipline. Minimum of two (2) years of working experience in the construction industry. Must possess a valid Yellow Book recognized by DOSH for Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) and a valid CIDB Green Card. Well-versed in construction site hazards and safety requirements. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. This is a contract-based position.
