Job Description

Initiate, facilitate, and promote activities to create Security & Safety awareness within the organization. Perform security risk assessments and serve as an internal auditor for security issues. Have the ability to plan, initiate, and implement new security policies and procedures Carry out security and safety audits and fire evacuation drills Implement and manage a Disaster Management & Emergency Plan. Prepare and carry out regular training programs for staffs and guests on Security, Fire and Evacuation and general Health and Safety. Maintain/Upgrade physical security operations and equipments.
Equipments included: W/T, CCTV, DVR's, Card Access Control, Key control, scanning/metal detector equipment, video cameras and etc.

Liaise with IT to ensure equipment specifications and connection is functioning. Research and evaluate new technology industry products designed to improve security service and reduce cost. Manage daily security operation, ensuring quality service standards are maintained in all phases of security throughout company operations. Responsible for developing, maintaining and initiating security personnel training and managing the relationship with the security service provider. Responsible for developing, maintaining, updating of Security Operations Manual (SOP), along with Department Policies, and implementation and training of such policies and manual. Responsible for complete & accurate Incident Reports delivered in a timely manner. Responsible for scheduling & facilitating Monthly Investigations Meeting.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
