Job Description
The Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and property within the hotel. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies and procedures in compliance with legal and organizational standards. The Safety Officer conducts regular inspections, risk assessments, and safety drills, while providing training and guidance to staff on health, fire, and workplace safety.
Experience (Hotel Industry):
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Safety Officer or in a similar role within the hospitality/hotel industry. Strong knowledge of hotel safety regulations, emergency response procedures, and occupational health standards. Hands-on experience in conducting safety audits, fire drills, and risk assessments. Ability to liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies regarding safety compliance. Skilled in training hotel staff on safety protocols and maintaining safety awareness across all departments.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
