Develop, implement, and oversee safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures.
Organize and conduct safety training programs for employees to promote awareness of safety procedures and emergency protocols.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and provide comprehensive reports including recommendations for preventive actions.
Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations and standards, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and best practices.
