Job Description
What You Will Do
Oversee and inspect workshop safety and 6S (5S + Safety) management work. Monitor the safety and operational status of safety and environmental protection facilities in the workshop and factory. Establish and improve the company's safety and environmental protection goals and management regulations. Maintain and ensure the integrity of the company's safety system documents and related records. Organize regular safety training sessions for employees. Manage special equipment safety and operator certification processes. Coordinate and respond to government safety and environmental inspections, ensuring corrective actions are implemented. Conduct the annual safety assessment.
What We Want from You
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. Certification in Workplace Safety (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, DOSH Malaysia certification) is preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in safety management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Knowledge of Malaysian safety and environmental regulations. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and training abilities. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and coordinate with government agencies.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
