Job Description
Salary: MYR 4,000 - MYR 5,500 Per Month
Location: Bangsar, WP Kuala Lumpur
Type: Full Time
Requirements:
Diploma's degree and above in any discipline
At least 6 months of experience in account review, fraud or risk detection, or similar role
Familiarity with WeChat and common types of online fraud
Proficient in reading and understanding complex content in Mandarin
Detail-oriented, patient, and able to perform well under pressure in fast-paced, repetitive work environment
Willingness to work in shifts or on public holiday is preferred
Responsibilities:
Handle user complaints related to WeChat account reviews, such as account bans
Review accounts and make decisions based on platform policies and guidelines
Collaborate with relevant teams to identify process improvements, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in appeals handling workflow
