As a Safety Promoter at TSM Maintenance and Construction Services Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety and well-being of our employees on oil & gas industry across Kemaman, Terengganu. This full-time position is integral to upholding our rigorous safety standards and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing
Ensure implementation of safe work practices and procedures at the worksites.
Supervise all SHE activities
Develop and ensure compliance with SHE procedures, plans, incentive programs and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate Incident case management
Incident analysis and reporting.
Participate in HAZOP studies
Coordinate safety training program
What we're looking for
At least SPM and DOSH registered (Green Book Holder)
6 years' experience in a similar safety-focused role within the oil & gas industry and 3 years' experience in position.
With offshore experience.
Familiar with oil & gas industry construction practices and safety standard.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver safety training and promote a safety-first culture
Ability to think critically, identify risks, and implement practical solutions to mitigate them
Strong organisational and analytical skills to maintain detailed records and data
Passion for occupational health and safety and a genuine commitment to safeguarding employees
