\xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting the SQM with the management of the SMS operational records. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monthly follow-up of operational data related to organisation safety performance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting in the distribution of safety and quality notices, bulletins, policies, information, and documents. \xe2\x80\xa2 Carrying out relevant SMS implementation approaches. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting with the safety investigation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participating in the development and maintenance of safety and quality management processes and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring the deadlines for mitigation/corrective/preventive actions for review purposes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring any open issues relating to safety and quality. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting the SQM with department manual, SOP, and guidance amendments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducting safety and quality observations and participating in internal safety and quality audits and inspections. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring departmental record keeping and document management.
