and play a key role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our construction site in Ipoh. You'll help implement and maintain our health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards while supporting a strong safety culture on site.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct safety inspections and identify hazards.
Provide safety training and promote awareness.
Monitor compliance with HSE regulations.
Investigate incidents and recommend improvements.
Work with project managers to implement safety plans.
Requirements
Qualification or experience in Health & Safety or related field.
Experience in construction safety is an advantage.
Good understanding of HSE practices.
Strong communication skills -- Mandarin is a plus, not required.
Entry-level and internship candidates are welcome.
