Operate, control, and monitor the Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
Prepare chemicals, conduct raw water lab analysis, and manage sludge transfer/disposal.
Monitor plant processes to ensure compliance with DOE standards and regulations.
Support troubleshooting, breakdown handling, corrective actions, and system improvements.
Perform shutdown activities as instructed by the supervisor.
Conduct maintenance and inspection tasks when required.
Collect data related to safety and environmental conditions.
Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping of the WWTP and waste storage areas.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in WWTP or related field.
Able to work overtime, on public holidays, and on rotation shift.
Physically fit and able to work in wet, noisy, and challenging environments.
Able to perform inspection, monitoring, maintenance, and record keeping.
Initiative, fast learner, and disciplined.
