- Possess at least a qualification in SPM with passed or above
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (Read, Type, Speak)
- Have no issue to work on rotational shift basis (9 hours per shift between 9am to 9pm) with 5 working days
- Have no issue to based at Bayan Baru, Penang
- Able to join intake date: 4 March 2024 or 1 April 2024
- Able to handle all inbound calls from customers about the company\'s product and services
- Help customer resolves any issues or complaints regarding the company\'s product and services with high level of customer service
- Assist the customers in solving their problems to ensure customer\'s satisfaction with providing professional customer support
- Provide feedback on efficiency of whole customer support experience to manager and relevant departments
- Salary Package: RM 2500 - RM 3000 Basic (subject to interview performance) + RM 300 Language Allowance
- EPF + SOCSO
- Annual Leaves and Medical Leaves are provided
- Medical and Insurance coverage
- 1 month paid training will be provided
