Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in accounting / Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Handle daily accounting operations and transactions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
- Ensure all accounting entries entered into the accounting system are accurate and complete with proper supporting documents.
- Ensure all transaction are recorded and updated in a timely manner.
- Maintain proper filling of all accounting records and documentation.
- Assist in preparation of full set of accounts.
- Assist team in the monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting including yearly audit.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve accounting issues.
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by superior or management from time to time.
- Salary range: RM2,800 - RM3,000
- Working hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5:30pm)
- Working Location: Kuala Lumpur
