Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Have a pleasant disposition and able to communicate proficiently in English.
Responsibilities
Responsible fully of outlet operation.
Ensure restaurant operates efficiently and profitably.
Motivate team to maintain high standards of food, service and safety quality.
Establish strategic planning on shift pattern organisation and day-to-day management activities.
Accountable for business performance of the outlet.
