Candidate must possess at least SPM certification.
No prior working experience required.
Prior working experience in Food & Beverages Outlet is an added advantage.
Able to work as a team to achieve outlet target and ensure smooth outlet process.
Self-discipline and self-driven to keep up-to-date knowledge and skillset to fulfil task on outlet operations.

Tanggungjawab

Candidate is expected to understand and fulfill tasks relevant to operate a food & beverage outlet

Candidate will be able to learn inside-out about tea-based beverage outlets, including the skillset to brew the beverage-based in-house recipe.
Candidate is expected to work at the highest standard at all times to ensure outlets' product and service quality.
On-job Training will be provided.
Working hours varies depending on Weekly Schedule Allocations.
Additional incentive is payable on top of Basic Salary & Allowance subject to achievement of Outlet Target.
Fast-track career advancement for out-performing employees.
Depending on location, a subsidized room nearby the outlet location will be provided to the candidate.
