Responsible for general administration duties such as correspondence via fax, letter, email, screening phone calls, scheduling sales meeting, ticket booking for sales team to ensure smooth business operations in support Sales department.
Timely reply to customers on quotation request and follow up on urgent matter requiring attention and deadline for order processing and delivery
Manage the admin related matters such as staff attendance, leave record, training, updating pricelist, preparing sales report, calculation and verification of claims and commission for sales team.
Update and maintain proper filing system and ensure document control for easy access and retrieval
To perform any additional task assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Admin/Marketing/ Banking or other equivalent
Min 2-years working experiences in administration or sales
Must be computer literature skilled : MS Excel, MS Words, Ms Office
Proficiency in English in both oral and written
Good communication skill at all level
Ability to work independently, self-motivated and multi-tasking
Result oriented
