Beside Exit Sg. Buloh NKVE Plus Highway

To provide administrative sales support for all business aspects. Provide good customer service and solve customer concerns. Assist in email correspondences, depending on urgency/follow up on email content requirement such as product inquiries and etc. Arrange daily delivery orders, planned route well and make sure drivers to be efficient. Ensure data accuracy in server/system including product name, serial numbers and individual selling price. Ensure stocks and inventory accuracy with system. Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required.

We are looking for a Admin coordinator for our company. you will be responsible for support our team with simple task.

Supporting the shipments flow making sure running smooth and efficient, good tracking and organise store, fulfil customers satisfaction.

Responsibilities

:

- Good attitude towards customers, provide quality customer supports.

- Assist sales representatives on enquiries or follow up.

- Making arrangements for the transportation of products.

- Assigning duties to the staff so that the deliveries and work flow can be made efficiently.

- Organise inventory, taking important measures on managing stocks.

- Maintaining and updating the daily record/report from customers, sales representatives or suppliers.

Requirements:



Good interpersonal skills, self-driven, able to work with minimum supervision, able to cope stress and with strong sense of responsibility; 1 year of working experience in customer service or administrative position with knowledge in MS office Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Work at Sungai Buloh Office
Schedule:

Day shift , Monday-Friday, Saturday half day(alternate day in day off every week)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
