Job Responsibility 1. Responsible for marketing promotion, self-media operation to ensure each activity is propagandized and popularized. 2. Provide administrative support to the sales teams 3. Support includes inside sales activities, prepare quotation, tender project and others. 4. Support the organization to prepare Purchase Order, and Sales Invoice. 5. Prepare Purchase Request Form, Service Request Form and others. 6. Update information into system. 7. Prepare report to Manager 8. Assist on Account Receivables for the Sales Teams 9. Maintain proper filing of all documentation 10. Maintain customer relationship to obtain sales and marketing related. 11. Sales gallery daily operation. Purchase and manage sales gallery materials, such as brochure and event gift. 12. Other ad-hoc matters assigned to support office administrative tasks. Job Requirements 1. Candidate must possess High school diploma or higher in Marketing, Real Estate, Business Management, or related field. 2. Previous experience in sales administration, or similar role will have an advantage. 3. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills 4. Advance knowledge of administrative recordkeeping. 5. Competent in using Microsoft office ie Word, Excel, Power Point, etc 6.
