Regular competitive analysis feedback in their territory. Identify opportunities and propose solutions to increase sales and drive profitability.
Maintain and execute effective fleet account management Plan with regular check-ins on effectiveness.
Collect information on total sales and profitability per retail customer and suggest areas for improvement for new account penetration and conquest of other brands, by region, by segments.
Ensure retail customer issues and complaints are followed up, cleared, and closed.
Update, tidy up and utilize details of fleet customers in CM system
