Responsibilities
Sales Generation: Identify and pursue sales opportunities for tinting and coating services with automotive dealerships, aftermarket retailers, car rental agencies, and individual vehicle owners. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and pain points to tailor solutions that meet their requirements and exceed their expectations. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for differentiation. Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns. Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies related to tinting and coating services.
Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote tinting and coating services. Utilize a mix of online and offline channels, including social media, email marketing, advertising, events, and partnerships, to reach target audiences and drive engagement.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through proactive prospecting, networking, cold calling, and referrals. Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and timeline. Follow up promptly and persistently to convert leads into sales opportunities.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our tinting and coating services. Highlight key features, advantages, and value propositions to persuade prospects and close deals. Address objections and concerns effectively to overcome barriers to sale.
Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, including key metrics such as sales revenue, conversion rates, pipeline status, and customer satisfaction. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide regular updates and insights to management.
