Kelayakan

  • At least 3 years working experience in sales or related field
  • Self-motivated, independent with good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Prefer Mandarin speaking candidate due to our customer base need to converse in Mandarin.
Tanggungjawab
  • To perform business development and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
  • To prepare sales documents (such as Invoice, DO, Packing list & others)
  • To handle customer\'s orders & cancellation orders.
  • Action taken on customer\'s complaint or any unsatisfactory.
  • Follow up customer\'s overdue payment.
  • To forecast sales performance
  • To ensure customer\'s delivery is on time
  • To prepare quotations for customers.
  • Carry out monthly stock check for finished goods store.
  • To handle ad hoc instruction.
  • If appointed as Automotive customer representative. He / she shall ensure that customer requirements are addressed.
