The Perfect Pets is seeking a motivated and friendly Sales Assistant to support our retail and wholesale operations. You will assist customers in finding pet products, provide excellent service, and help maintain an inviting store environment. This role requires good communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with product selection and inquiries. Handle sales transactions accurately using POS systems. Restock and organise shelves to ensure products are attractively displayed. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store floor and stockroom. Support inventory checks and stock control activities. Provide product knowledge and advice to customers. Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

Minimum SPM / equivalent qualification preferred but not mandatory. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus. Passion for animals and pet care is advantageous. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn. Basic computer skills (POS system experience preferred).
