Greet and assist customers with their needs.
Answer product-related questions and provide recommendations.
Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies.
Ensure products are displayed according to store standards.
Operate the point of sale (POS) system, process transactions, and handle payments.
Promote sales, discounts, and loyalty programs to customers.
Assist in receiving, organizing, and stocking inventory.
Perform stock checks and help replenish merchandise as needed.
Ensure shelves are tidy, well-organized, and fully stocked.
Assist in setting up displays or arranging products to attract customers.
Maintain store appearance and ensure it is clean and organized.
Monitor for signs of theft and report suspicious behavior to management.
Ensure store safety and follow company security protocols.
Record customer feedback and report to management.
Handle basic paperwork such as inventory sheets, stock lists, etc.
Work with other team members and follow direction from supervisors.
Participate in training and team meetings to stay updated on products and procedures.
