Requirements

• Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certificate or equivalent.
• Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of product knowledge related to Chery and other automotive brands represented by Carshen Motor Sdn Bhd.
• Apply effective sales techniques to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.
• Actively listen to customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals and contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets by effectively promoting and selling Chery vehicles to prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Chery vehicle features, specifications, and competitive advantages to confidently address customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Proactively engage with potential customers through various channels, including showroom visits, test drives, and online inquiries, to identify their needs and preferences.
• Utilize effective sales techniques, including active listening, needs-based selling, and persuasive communication, to guide customers through the sales process and close deals.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey, from initial contact to vehicle delivery and after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall dealership sales goals and maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and vehicle inventory using the dealership's CRM system.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and sales promotions to effectively position Chery vehicles in the market.
• Conduct thorough test drives with customers, demonstrating vehicle features and benefits while adhering to safety regulations.
• Assist customers with financing options, insurance requirements, and vehicle registration processes, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free purchase experience.
