Requirements

• Possess at least a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certificate.
• Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English is required to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
• Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Onsite position based in Kajang, requiring daily presence at the company's location.
• Responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into customers.
• Design kitchen cabinet layouts based on client specifications and preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and design process.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
• Present, promote, and sell kitchen cabinet products and services to prospective customers using solid arguments to prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback.
