Communication skill: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
Fresh graduate or possess minimum 1 year work experience - preferable sales /marketing in service industry
Preferably Diploma / Degree holder - major in Logistics, International business, marketing and economics
Industry knowledge of both international and local Malaysian shipping practices will be an advantage
Interpersonal skills: Networking and relationship building
Be able to develop strong business relationships within all levels of the company and with potential and existing clients
Possess own transport

Tanggungjawab

Taking cue from immediate superior - QEL\'s direction, market and promote QEL\'s range of agency shipping services accordingly
Prospect and cultivate new sales leads to establish business
Assessing customer needs and problems while communicating and implementing logistics solutions
Work out logistics concepts for the customers to improve their logistics supply chain
Maintain constant awareness of product offerings and developments on the logistics market
Regular dialogue with commercial team with regards to current market situation and dynamics of trade related to the principal\'s trade lane(s)
Follow up closely with current and prospective customers on offered solution
