Job Description


\xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least a STPM/ Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in business or equivalent. Related field is preferred

\xc2\xb7 Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin and Cantonese

\xc2\xb7 Candidates must be proactive, self-motivated and high achiever

\xc2\xb7 Aggressive, good interpersonal, well organized with good communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Able to work independently with minimum supervision and willing to learn

\xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task, prioritizes and manages time effectively

\xc2\xb7 Computer literate & competent in MS office

\xc2\xb7 Sound Knowledge in SQL system is an added advantage

\xc2\xb7 1-2 years working experiences in the related field will be additional advantage

\xc2\xb7 Possess own transport & willing to travel outstation

\xc2\xb7 Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible to implement sales strategies to achieve sales target set by the management.

\xc2\xb7 Retain and expand sales to existing customer and develop new market.

\xc2\xb7 Identify potential markets that could boost sales and revenues.

\xc2\xb7 Closes new business deal by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirement with business operations.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for day-to-day sales administrative documentation & activities including order receiving, order inquiry, invoices submission, etc.

\xc2\xb7 Attend to customers and ascertains each customer\'s needs.

\xc2\xb7 Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternative within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.

\xc2\xb7 To provide quotation and/or submit tender in a timely manner.

\xc2\xb7 Coordination on sales forecast pick up, compilation and distribution.

\xc2\xb7 Attend to customers for all sales related matter (regular visit, prepare quotation, sales processing, arrange sample/delivery, payment collection, follow up pending issue etc).

\xc2\xb7 Provide regular feedback to senior management on business strategies and plan.

\xc2\xb7 Preparing various presentations and should regularly attend client meetings, trade shows, conferences, etc.

\xc2\xb7 Proper recording & monthly reporting and other related ad hoc report.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for any assigned sales administrative job.

\xc2\xb7 Practice and maintain professional etiquette when dealing with clients.

\xc2\xb7 Work in close coordination with other departments in the company.

\xc2\xb7 Other duties and assignments as requested for the overall performance of the company.
